 chris D’Elia is a stand-up comedian, actor, podcast presenter, and writer from the United States. He is well known for his roles as Alex Miller on the NBC comedy Whitney, Danny Burton on the NBC comedy Undateable, Kenny on the ABC medical drama The Good Doctor, and Henderson in the Netflix suspense drama series You.

On March 29, 1980, Christopher William D’Elia was born in Montclair, New Jersey. Bill D’Elia, a television producer and director, and Ellie D’Elia, an interior designer, are his parents. His mother is of Italian and Polish ancestry, while his father is a second-generation Italian-American.

D’Elia began acting in high school and appeared in a few Chicago Hope guest spots. He studied acting at New York University, but he left after a year because he did not like college.
