Matthew Hanks LeCroy is an American former professional baseball catcher, first baseman, and designated hitter who is now the manager of the Rochester Red Wings. He was born on December 13, 1975, in the United States. During the time that LeCroy played in Major League Baseball (MLB), he had the distinction of being the active player who had accumulated the most plate appearances in his career while never having stolen a base.
