He was born in Shaker Heights, Ohio, U.S. He was the son of Theresa Garth and Arthur Sigmund Newman Sr. He was born into a Jewish family. He completed his primary and secondary education at Shaker Heights High School. He completed his graduation at Ohio University, Kenyon College and Yale University. If we talk about his marital status, he was married twice. For the first time, he was married to Jackie Witte in 1949 but they both got divorced in 1958. Secondly, he was married to Joanne Woodward in 1958 and they are married till his death. He has six children from his two marriages. His actual birth name was Paul Leonard Newman. If we talk about his profession, he was an American actor, film director, race car driver, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. He also won many awards and honors for the great work he did in his life.
